Do you sell limited edition or exclusive games?

Yes, but it depends on which games are available.

Can I request a specific board game that’s not on the website? 

Yes, we do pre-orders! Just send us the title of the board game so we can check for availability! 

Can I buy spare board game components? (cards, meeple, tokens, maps, and boxes) 

We sell add-ons like expansions, enhanced components, and custom tokens for certain board games. But for lack of components; you are required to approach the publisher for this concern.

All items we sell come sealed. It would be best to check for unboxing videos on the internet. 

How can I track my order?

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled.

What is your return policy? 

What should I do if the board games/cards arrived damaged or with missing pieces? 

We can help you get in touch with the publisher, but we are not allowed to process your concern because end users are the only authorized to transact with them.

At this time, we partner with J&T Express for all our deliveries.

Yes! We are based in Tarlac City and we ship nationwide.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, our shipping services are available nationwide within the Philippines only. We're exploring options for international delivery in the future. 

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? 

Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale pricing for orders that meet our minimum purchase requirement. 

Will the sold-out games be restocked?

Yes! Sold-out games are still regularly restocked. You can also request or order any board game (if available)!

Price could vary depending on the supplier once restocked. Prices could change without prior notice unless pre-ordered in which you will be notified of the quotation before the down payment

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • On-hand items: 1–4 days depending on your location after payment or order confirmation.
  • Pre-orders: Typically take 1 week to less than a month, depending on availability.
