There are games in my collection that I still keep because they are so effective at introducing board games to non-gamers. A few of them are games are social deduction/deception games like Avalon and Coup. For my taste, those games are something I don't crave playing due to myself not being comfortable with deception (or probably I'm bad at it).
But this game is an exception when suggesting what to play especially for large groups (at least 7). Deception Murder in HK is a deduction/deception game, very similar to the above-mentioned games, that doesn't force you to lie, you just have to convince people of observations that you think are close to the clues given by the forensic scientist. And the fun factor for me here is hearing ridiculous stories/justifications from other players as they try to justify their investigations.
Again, I'm not a fan of deduction games, but this game is an exception. This a highly recommendation for me, especially if you're not comfotable on straight-up lying.
